Bishop Eric Young

Bishop Eric Young was born and raised in the city of Oakland.  Due to having been raised in a high-crime and drug-infested inner city, he faced and overcame many obstacles, recovered from a dire decision, and now has a very compelling testimony.  After facing many life challenges, at the age of 24, Bishop Young gave his life to Christ after entering into a Christian recovery program. Through this program, Bishop Young grew stronger in the Lord. 

After 19 years of service at two local ministries, God charged him to begin Covenant Relationship Church in the heart of East Oakland, CA, in 2012.  Pastor Eric was ordained as Bishop in 2022 under the Ambassadors International Pastoral Network (AIPN), and served as the Bishop over Evangelism. Bishop Young served faithfully as Senior Pastor of Covenant Relationship for 10 years.  In October 2022, he married Dr. Monica Gort, of Wings of Healing Christian Center.   The two became one in the natural and in ministry, as they merged not only their lives, but also their churches, thus Wings of Healing Covenant Relationship Church was born.  Bishop Eric and Dr. Monica Young currently serve and pastor in Stockton, CA.

Dr. Monica Young

Dr. Monica Young, affectionately known as “Pastor Monica” was born in San Francisco, CA., She served faithfully in three local ministries for 18 years, until directed by God to open the Wings of Healing Christian Center in July of 1998. Wing of Healing is dedicated to winning souls to Christ, reclaiming the backslider, and ministering healing and deliverance to the lost and dying world.  Pastor Monica has been blessed to earn a Doctorate Degree in Theology, from Dominion Bible College and Seminary, in Fresno California.  Pastor Monica also serves as Overseer to Centro Cristiano De Fe (Faith Christian Center) and Pastor Saul Serna.  Estangue de Betesda (Pool of Bethesda) and Pastor Jose Ortiz, for over 20 years. 

In 2022, Pastor Monica married Bishop Eric Young of Covenant Relationship Church, formerly in Oakland California.  The two became one in the natural and in ministry, as they merged not only their lives, but also their churches, thus Wings of Healing Covenant Relationship Church was formed and is currently worshipping in Stockton, CA.
